Perchance to Dream
November 13, 2004
This is the Archangel Gabriel of the Word of God. I know
many of you have questions about your dreams and their
significance. Dreams can be of two kinds: soul memories
and remnants from past incarnations. Lastly, dreams can be
a method by which we in the Spiritual Hierarchy provide you
with information about future events in your life or the
lives of others.
You see, when you go into a deep sleep and dream state, we
can communicate with you and provide you with information
about what lies ahead in your life. We of the Hierarchy
can also assist you in releasing past life memories that
are holding you back from your spiritual evolution. You
see, dreams are nothing but unused energy: energies from
the past and energies resplendant with promises of future
fullfillment.
For those on a conscious spiritual path, they often find
they have difficulty sleeping through the night. Many
awaken at 3:00 a.m. or there abouts. The reason for this
is two fold. First of all, as you sleep, we "download"
information into your brain. Awakening is sort of like
rebooting your computer that you are reading this on now.
The awakening permanently embeds the information in your
neurons.
You may also ask why you don't remember your dreams. You
might remember more than you think if you would do as
Sataya does. Upon awakening from a dream, no matter what
the hour, she comes to her computer and types in all that
she remembers. She keeps them in a journal and refers back
to them. She is often amazed at how these dreams that are
of a prophetic nature tend to come true or how they explain
a future event and it's significance.
We archangels are alo energetic proponents of the daily
nap. Dreams are often quite vivid then.
I have been asked, "Why do I often not remember my dreams?"
This is the ego working. The ego desires to protect
itself by preventing your spiritual evolvement. By
supressing dreams it keeps vital information gained on the
astral plane and beyond from coming a part of your
conscious life. Have no fear, however, we can still
imprint the information in your subconscious.
There is much more to be said about dreams, but we will
stop here for now. Perhaps we will continue the subject in
another newsletter.
