The Archangel Michael is often depicted holding a sword, but this is a metaphor for his power and quick decisive action.  I channel Michael most often when you are faced with a challenge that has to do with the Right Use of the Will or if there is an important choice to be made.  Michael is a very powerful energy and when I channel him clairaudiently, it is a very powerful experience.
