I start off with a meditation working on your chakras and obtaining guidance for you from the exalted beings with whom I communicate.  I work with them to reduce some of the negative karma you have taken on.  We then spend a telephone session together and work on each chakra one at a time until we have all seven open and functioning properly.  We don't stop until all of your chakras are balanced.  This isn't something I do to you;  it is something we do together.   You'll need a packet of multi-colored construction paper and a pendulum.  A pendant necklace will work just fine.
